A homeless man keyed my car in a restaurant drive-thru. Can I receive compensation or see the restaurant to get it fixed?
Post Body

So the main details are in the title. But essentially this homeless man was asking people for money and then keyed everyone who said no. They didn't call the cops l. I stopped by today to get some more information and it looks like they still have homeless people sleeping on this restaurant premises as they do business. I barely got the courage to go back there because of all the homeless and obviously strung out people on site. I didn't want to be heard and I didn't want my car to be damaged again but I did it. Regardless of that no one called the cops after and obviously they haven't taken the homeless issue seriously on their property. Is there any previous cases like this and what are my options?
