Hi! Looking for some advice! Purchased a vehicle roughly 8-9 weeks ago We have been in possession for a total of 4 days. The other 8 weeks it has been in and out of the mechanics with over heating issues. To the point of the 4th time the vehicle had been returned. The dealership’s insurance have decided to put a whole new engine in it. Which is great. We were meant to get it back yesterday (Wednesday 14th) but has now been delayed another week at a MINIMUM. They have claimed they have lodged a “goodwill compensation case” with the insurance. Wanting to know roughly what you would expect as a payment? We have had two months worth of outgoings on this vehicle that we haven’t had in our possession. Loan , insurance ect. They have given us a loan car but serves us no purpose as we brought the vehicle for business use. How much should we expect or even be asking for as compensation? Thanks
