CAN I GIVE THE RV?

My father in law, fabian was in a agreement to receive a RV for him to live in payments with his boss. They got into a disagreement and Fabian wasn't paying the boss.Fabian got sued and since hes in jail for DWI he didnt show up to court and the boss won.As for the win, the judge ruled that fabian needs to pay 7,000 plus interest and return the RV to the owner. The RV is in my property, Fabian is in jail for another 2 years but i dont want it in my property its taking up space, can i personally just give it to the boss?

Question: What can I do if Fabian doesn't want to give the RV, I just want it off my property.
