Got a call from family about a CPS case

Long story short I put a CPS report on my parents out of concern for my siblings welfare. Today I get a call from my cousin asking about specific things I told the CPS worker. I don’t have evidence of that conversation. I’m just wondering what should I do now? Doesn’t that violate disclosure laws?
