Pretty much as the title reads. I own a car that is fully paid off, my at the time husband signed the title with me. I cannot register my car in my new state without him present or without his signature. I've spoken to his family and friends in the state that I moved from, no one has seen him in months, he's homeless and addicted and I can find no way to get in contact with him. What do I do? My tags are now expired and I desperately need to register my car. It doesn't seem like there is any way around this.
