Coming from Minnesota.
I’m writing this for my friend.
She recently started a brand new job last week, a restaurant job. She and so many other people applied for the position, like it was hard to get it, and she got it. It’s a fancy bougie restaurant. A lot of people really wanted to work there. It’s hard to get a position there.
It was a hostess position, all the managers there and the employees there, were all saying how great she was doing. She even asked if there’s anything she could do to improve herself there more and they told her there was nothing more she can do and she was doing a wonderful job.
She went to work today, her boss told her she’s doing a terrific job during her shift. An hour later, he told her that she’s fired, didn’t give her an explanation just told her to pack her things and go home.
Could that be under wrongful termination?
I visited the restaurant a couple times, and when they found out that I was her friend, they even told me how terrific she was there. That she’s fantastic at her job, even though she’s only been there a week, people really love her there.
She shows up on time she hasn’t made any mistakes that she knows of, she’s even asked her bosses that and they said no.
