Currently stranded in Tennessee. I had recently purchased a used car from a dealership in Florida in June and have had the car for a month now as that’s where I’m from. I ended up going on a road trip last week to Colorado and back. and two days ago, I had my rear passenger tire lose air on me and had to be replaced in Texas and then again today I had my newer rear drivers side wheel pop on me and has a leak. Can’t afford to replace it at the moment, and don’t know if I can A: return the car and get my money back as now that’s two things that happened and now idk if there’s gonna be anything else wrong with if major repairs needed that idk about. Or can I get a lawyer. As now I have to come up with the money to fix and replace the tire and have yet to get my paycheck to make the first payment and if I should.
