I'm heading back home soon ( i'm currently in China if it means anything ) and last time I was home I had to do an interview with the TSA and the Department of Homeland Security and they asked me a bunch of questions, normally speaking I'd just give a 1 or 2 word response just to fuck with them. But it's getting under my skin having to do this over and over again, thinking of just plea the fifth to any and all questions. Which brings to the crux, legally speaking if I do use my fifth to any interview question when I arrive, can they, legally, for example withhold from entering US ( my home country btw )?
