Me and my girlfriend broke up now her father wants to kick me out
Post Body

So I moved in with my girlfriend almost two years ago into the upstairs of her parents house. Completely separate from the downstairs where they live. We broke up mutually and are in good standings, we don’t fight or anything and she allowed me to stay until I found my own place. That was about a month or so ago, I signed a lease about a month ago that will be ready for move in September first. The current tenant moves out next week and they have to patch/paint/inspect until I can move back in but an early move in might be possible. Now her father is telling her he wants me out by next week (the first). Can he legally kick me out? All of my family lives in another state so I have nowhere to go. Any advice would be appreciated, this is in the state of Connecticut. Thank you
