How do I reject packages sent to me by my (F25) toxic, abusive ex (M30)?

When I block him, he keeps shipping me these packages with gifts and things I like.
I want to cut him off completely since he was physically and emotionally abusive. How do I get him to stop? Is there a way I could not have these delivered to me? He also uses his US Uber account to send me stuff every now and then. I do NOT want any of this.
I’m in the US and he’s in Singapore
TLDR: Ex is getting very creepy, sends me stuff, how do I not receive them?
