So for context I've been using my mothers amazon prime account since I was 16 now im 23. In October we seized communications and I was still using the account until I slowly transferred everything to my own Account. My card was used for the Prime Subscription without my authorization and there was never any agreement on payment. I've sent an invoice stating the charge and I received a note saying she is going to charge me based on usage instead. I was originally charged $139 and billed her that amount, now she is only going to pay me $46 after calculating the usage among the 2 of us. Could I be in the right as no prior agreement was made? Or at least get an unauthorized usage of funds?
