Would I be at risk of being sued?

I live in Maui, there is a strict moratorium against evictions here since the fires last year, including inability to pay rent. I have never been late with it. I am moving out of my rental, helping my roommate find replacements. On one of the applicants we sent in, he blew up in a rage filled fit over text message about sending unqualified people, wasting his time, saying "This is all bull shit, FUCK YOU" and more, threatening eviction and now refusing to allow anyone to move in, regardless of qualifications, and force my roommate out, his words, "will be forcibly moved out by my eviction people." My roommate did nothing wrong, her, her dog and pet bird are being forced, in a housing market that is destroyed, and near impossible to find a pet-friendly rental.

This man is a terrible person. He and I are both white, and a minority in HI. He has sent me some incredibly racist text messages, a few sexist messages, is on the property daily. I've talked to my local Landlord-Tenant hotline. He's a real estate agent, selling multi-million dollar properties, while talking shit about local ethnic groups. I can share all texts, nothing will be out of context. He is a hateful person, goes as far as asking peoples ethnic background before they're allowed on property. I want to post all of his messages, and links to all of his Real Estate groups and pages he lists on, including his own. Can I do that, and include his name/address/phone numbers and not be sued?

Thank you everyone!
