My mother has been in an emotionally and financially abused by my stepdad for the past couple years, since he lost his disability he is also a paranoid schizophrenic off his meds since 2022 just for some background knowledge. Last year i moved out and recently just moved back in with them well last night my stepdad lost his cool and kicked me out i left and he is trying to kick my mother out but her name is also on the deed so i know legally he can’t do that, what i am wondering if there is any way to get him out of the house even while his name is on the deed, he has done violent things in the past like crashing my moms car on purpose and throwing car keys at her face resulting in him spending the night in jail last year. any advice?
