Not sure what category/flair this fits under so I apologize. Anyway, long story short, Hyundai has had my 2021 Sonata in service since March 14th. They have extended the "eta" for repairs several times now, most recently changing from end of July to mid/end August which will be 5 months at that point. Is there anything I can do? Buy-back claim? Anything legally I can persue? Car has 51xxx miles, best case I can do something/anything at this point. Worst case, I'm racking up a ton of miles on their loaner vehicle and I don't get to enjoy my nicer vehicle. I also never recommend to anyone or buy a vehicle from them ever again. Something about having my vehicle and wanting it repaired in a timely fashion and being as patient as possible has passed. I'm the point where I'm pissed and wanting to at least threaten something against them.
