I was arrested recently. When pulled over I was in the back seat because I had laid down and went to sleep otw home from where I was.

My sisters boyfriend was driving.

we were a street over from our destination I was woke up to being told we’re getting pulled over.

The cop asked if there was anything/illegal and could he search, I said the only thing I know of in here is a container of cbd flower he asked for it. I reached to the front seat where I knew it was, handed it to him and he came back and arrested me for one Xanax that was in there

It wasn’t mine, obviously. I pleaded he ignored, and he allowed my sisters boyfriend to leave even though he was driving without a license and had a meth pipe.

It wasn’t in my possession, and wasn’t my car. I thought, did hand him that container.

Is there a way to have the case dropped?

Also he wasn’t recording with body cam footage and pulled us over for a traffic stop but the reason he pulled us over was for not stopping at a stop sign even though there wasn’t any stop signs lol.
