Sexual assault during a surgical procedure.
Post Body

I’m am a man age 57 in California. I was referred to a MOHS clinic for the removal of a cancerous growth near my left ear. While sitting in the chair as the surgeon and assistant prepared for the procedure, the surgical assistant (m30s) said “don’t worry I won’t poke your eye out.” I was confused by that. After stern instructions to not move or speak due to the sensitive nature of the area to be cut into, critical nerves etc, I was aghast and shocked to experience the assistant pressing his erect penis over and over into my shoulder for the entire procedure. I was trapped without the ability to speak up as the surgeon did her work… what can be done here?
