Post Body
So got a ticket in town and country (St.Louis). Today was listed as the court date.
There were about a dozen other people who showed up and never had their case called. Everyone spoke with the judge after and they said they were going to clear up the "error".
Is this any different than the officer not showing up, not even sure that he was there.
So can I call for a dismissal because of the courts error? What law or case would need to be referenced?
