Retain Home Ownership
Post Body

I live in Louisiana. My home is currently paid off and in my name only. Next month I’m closing on a new home that will also be in my name. I’m also moving my gf in at the same time. I’ll eventually sell my current home to pay off the new house. Since the new home will be in my name, paid for with only my funds, and we’re signing a cohabitation agreement to document this, is there anyway I could loose 100% ownership?
