Hey All,
Wondering the legality of mortgage brokers repeatedly calling you after requesting removal from their lists?
For context, we applied for a pre-approval on Friday of last week. Over the weekend I was getting about ten calls per day. I asked to be removed. Today has been so extreme I can't even believe it...
I officially have received 50 calls today. Asking to be removed does nothing, they attempt to speak over me and start yelling the rates. Is there anything that can be done? It's the same companies but they are rotating the numbers. It has been the same few names.
I keep trying to post the screenshot here but the image is so long that is apparently caused the Reddit app to crash...
Per the representatives, Experian and Trans sold my data to these brokers. Which is also super sketchy. At least that's their claim, I don't know what's true.
