What type of attorney do I need

My employers gave me stock in the company in place of a raise to show higher profits. They just sold the company and I was not asked to or included in the signing over my shares. I confronted the owners, they said it was an oversight. But now they say they do not have any record of this. I have witnesses that have seen the stock certificate. But I want to sue them for defrauding me of my shares.
