I have a somewhat spacious yard on the outskirts of a tiny city but it's more than most have to be sure. I hate gardening but I like flowers and enjoy the thought of growing things. My roommate grew zucchini last year and they absolutely flourished.
Which brings me to my little idea. I wanted to allow people who don't have the opportunity a place to grow whatever it is they want as long as they're willing to take care of it. Less mowing for me and a fun way to help the community. But I realize this is the real world and people are just the worst sometimes. So I was wondering what kinds of liability I may be on the hook for if this was something I wanted to pursue. For reference I live in Pennsylvania, have no dog and I wouldn't mind people enjoying themselves in my yard without supervision, there's nothing to steal that couldn't be put away somewhere secure like a locked shed or my house.
