I live in a community property state and want to get divorced. I just discovered my wife has racked up $31k in CC debt over the last several years. How would this debt be assigned to me?

My name is not actually on any of the loans or credit cards and I've never been contacted by them. My credit report is clean. So my question is, if the judge were to order me to pay half of this debt, are the companies that previously had never heard of me notified by the judge? Or is it just my responsibility to pay the bills under her name?
