I've been working for this company since the first of December 2023 and I have never received a pay stub. My check gets directly deposited to my bank account every week and I have no idea what my hourly rate is. We agreed on an hourly rate but each week I'm missing /- $550 from my check. We usually work 8 hours overtime but I don't know how that affects my taxes or how much should be taken out for taxes in the first place. I've asked several times over to my boss in person and through text and each time he says he'll get it taken care of that day after work. We work outside doing commercial construction on the Navy Base and I get paid every week on time and it's not a bad check so I wouldn't even want to leave my job if he was lying to me about my hourly rate. I'm not sure if this company uses a payroll company or not because the statements from my bank only tell me that a deposit was made by the company I work for. Any advice on how to get my stubs would be greatly appreciated.
