Another business trying to trademark my name

Hi! I’m looking for advice for my small business. I own a witchy shop and sell crystals online. I opened in march 2022 and formed an LLC. There’s another business that just sent me an email; they are using my same name, and trying to trademark it. Looking into the laws; it seems I don’t have much to worry about because I used the name first, operated under and shipped to nearly all 50 states with it first. Does she have a leg to stand on? Am I covered under the first use law? I’m in Virginia and she’s in Oklahoma Thank you
