My attorney decided to NOT REPRESENT ME an hour before my disposition which was a week before arbitration. I waited over 2 years and finally was going to hopefully have my “day in court” so to speak. He was angry with me because I would not accept the settlement amount from the defendant, yelling at me and telling me that there is no way he can try and get more and that the settlement on the table is as good as it’s going to get. I stood my ground and that’s when he said he will no longer represent me. I COULDN’T BELIEVE THIS!!!! Now I have no Attorney. Two years of waiting for a court date. Now nothing.

I’m screwed and any advice is greatly appreciated.
