Post Body

Posting here to help out an old coworker. He is not a US citizen And there's not speak any English but he is having a really rough time with his marital situation so I would like to help him out if I can.

Basically, his wife of 15 years ( I'm not sure if they are actually even legally married) met another man a couple months ago and just recently took their three children and moved in with the new guy. They have not had any discussions about visitation of the children or anything like that, but my friend is only concerned about seeing the kids. He has absolutely no clue how to even get started, And I don't either.

I would assume the first and easiest step would be to contact a divorce lawyer, but he doesn't have the money for that, so is there anything that the court system can do?
