Accidental second identity

So due to a clerical error during my military service I now have 2 seperate identities.. I have 2 middle names which causes nothing but headaches, somehow they combined my first and middle name for one set of records and my actual name for the other..should I get this fixed or is it not a big deal? Thought it was a non issue until I googled myself and found both listed 🙄.
