Hello, I received a DUI from August 2022. I have a signed contract by the assistant state attorney, the judge, my lawyer and myself to once I comply with all that is on a plea agreement then ( Defendant's plea will be set aside and the State shall file a Nolle Prosequi [dismissal] or an Announcement of a No Information, when appropriate). This is a copy and paste from the contract. Now the Assistant state attorney says this was an error, but all parties signed and I was told exactly what the contract was told. For context this happened in FL. Shouldn’t this agreement be honored if this was signed by all parties to include the assistant state attorney and the judge?
