I recently moved into a house, renting a room, and I'm waiting the landlord to come by with the lease to sign. He is having myself and the 2 others (re)sign. Now there's a couple here still that we are all waiting to move out by the end of the month. At least 2 of us are on probation and the couple are continuously smoking weed after they where asked not to. The man, who is 6'6", is acting erratic and extremely hostile towards the main tennet of 6 years who is like 5'8" or so. He has threaten the one tennet of 6 years with physical violence and him and myself of blackmail. Which I assume is criminal records and the such, by going to the neighbors and calling the news. While I understand how nuts this all sounds, but there is video of him acting this way. One recorded by myself and the other the main tennet. The MT was not yelling or being aggressive, at least by my observation, but the other was extremely so. I'm at a point where I want to call the cops, but being on probation I just don't know if I should. If the eviction process starts that just gives them more time to stay and cause further problems. I honestly don't feel safe. I have my belongings here and have a few medical conditions. If there is anything I or any of us can do, please let me know. I'm in GA btw, I do understand that things can vary state to state.
