Hello everyone,
Starting an LLC on my own in PA for music production and songwriting. I will be the only employee/owner/operator. Went through the PA business one-stop-shop checklist.
This is one of the steps on my checklist: "Based on your current responses, it could not be determined if you need to register with the Department of Revenue for tax accounts or licenses." So... if my service is writing/producing songs for a producer fee/royalties... do I need to register with the department of revenue?
