I (22M) got my first speeding ticket last weekend for going 70 in a 50. The options I have are to plead guilty and pay it, plead guilty and pay half the cost and take defensive driving, or plead not guilty and go to court. I talked to progressive and they said if I take option #2 it will show up on my record and change my rate but I will get a discount for taking the course but they didn't know the exact prices. What should I do? I was thinking plead not guilty do the court date and see if I can get out of it
