Someone ran a red light and totaled my car. I'm in a bit of pain but didn't get checked out by any medical professionals yet. I spoke with an accident attorney just now and am in contact with both insurance companies. What else should I do?
Post Body

It was also all documented on the tesla cameras so I've shared the video with both insurance companies. I spoke with my bank that holds my car loan and it looks like I'll have to pay off my current loan balance to open up a new loan with a higher interest rate. I also paid about 70k for my car just over two years ago and now that I've been hit, it's obviously worth a lot less. I feel like the chances of them 'making me whole' again is not great. What's the best course of action?
