There's an insane amount of info here but her former employer said some really abusive stuff about my wife's disability. She's fully functional and her issues don't affect her work. Her (now former) employer is attacking her legally because of things she said on FB after leaving the business. She never named that employer or the name of the business just how it affected her, after blocking the business and her (former) boss. She received a cease and desist regarding those posts the other day and we can't figure out why. I have proof of that former employer lying outright and we filed a report with the EEOC right after the first incident of verbal abuse so we are going through the right channels and doing everything safely and correctly. I just cant figure out if I don't understand cease and desists or if her lawyer is just big dumb. I'm upset but I need to handle this correctly, any thoughts?
