My wife and I live in an apartment complex in West LA near the beach and it has big windows facing other apartments in the same complex (but not public property), about 50 feet away from other units at the same height. All of the apartment windows/balconies face each other directly. There are at least 3 apartments across the way that can see into our place (we can see into theirs) and two of them are occupied by adults only, the other is unoccupied (for now). My wife and I don't wear much clothing, personal preference, and it's a large studio so there's not really any walls other than for the bathroom. People could reasonably see us wandering around naked but we're curious about whether we would be be at risk of legal trouble if they cared? It seems like we're in our own private residence and we're not intentionally putting on a show, just living. TIA!
