Post Body

Just as the title says, my wife father passed away yesterday. A day before he passed he said he wanted is his truck to go to my brother-in-law, me, and then his brother. In ascending order of who wants it. Basically if my brother-in-law doesn't want it, I get it and so on and so forth. My brother-in-law took it of course. But my wife's father also has a will that states all his assists are to be split 50/50. Assuming he was of sound mind before he passed, do verbal wishes supersede a written will?
