Long story short I have a person's who's been here living with me for about 8 months I'm the only one really helping them by housing them. I've already told them about a week or so ago that I need them gone with in 30 days because this whole situation they are in isn't my issue on top of that they aren't paying me rent. They aren't getting any mail here, there name isn't on the lease. They barely have anything here at this place. It's basically as if they aren't here.

If I wanted to take legal action what would I need to do? Like I don't want to put them out but I also don't have the means to house them anymore an I'm trying to get a new roommate in an out them on the lease.

Dominhabe to go there an eviction process? Can they claim squater rights? Or would calling the cops be a thing an say they are trespassing be a better option? What are my options?
