New landlord convinced me to put in notice of leave for current lease and at the last second found someone else who’s willing to pay more.
Post Body

So in Denver I’m currently staying at a place, and this new place said they had a room ready to rent. We talked it over, they said to put in a 30 day notice at my current residence. I confirmed I was ready to move. Now the notice is in and the new people canceled me last minute because they found someone who’s willing to pay twice the amount they were going to charge me for rent.

Now I don’t have a new place and my current residence is telling me I have less than 30 days to leave.

Is this legal? Where do I go from here?
