A former employee is hacking our online accounts
Post Body

My husband and I are small business owners. (E-commerce) We have had our business for three years and only one employee in that amount of time. We let this employee go after stealing from us.

Since letting the employee go, almost all of our business accounts have had hacking attempts several times. These hacking attempts have temporarily locked us out of our business accounts more than once. We are permanently locked out of one sales avenues after repeated negative reports. And our security system has also had hacking attempts.

Until last night, we have never been able to figure out who has been trying to hack our accounts for the last six months. However, last night I figured out that at least one account, our google business account, was hacked by the former employee. I was able to find the email address attached to the person through requesting ownership back and it was his personal email.

We are unsure where to go from here legally or if we can even do anything. Any and all advice is appreciated.
