ER staff thought I had hiv so they forgot about me

Ft. Worth, Tx ER hospital. I get a room. Under a lot of pain. They inject me with fentanyl and I pass out. Wake up the next morning in the same room same bed. They never touched me or treated my wounds. They didn't forget about me. They saw I was on descovy. It was in my medical records that night. Which some people with HIV use as part of their treatment. I use it to prevent HIV infection. I thought they just forgot about me. No they knew I was there. Nobody wanted to be near my open wounds. Do I have a case against those mofos.
