In 2005 I helped my mom buy a house in nebraska. She never owned a house before. We helped her but it and made all payments for the rest of her life which ended in 2010. Now as a disabled vet I live in it. For 10 years after my mom's death wells fargo refused to acknowledge it was willed to me. All probate was completed and deed is in my name the first year. I tryed to refinance with a different bank. Refinance went through and payoff check was sent to them and they refused it. The refinance bank actually refunded all closing costs as they said it was bs. I've had wells fargo refuse my payments several time and charge me late fees. They refused to pay the taxes from escrow and the county almost took the house. I told the county it was escrow and they said they have problems with them. It was taken care of. My mortgage went up $200. I'm now paying $800 a month on a $350 mortgage. Allways a problem and allways my monthly payment goes up. I make $12.50 an hour and can't afford it anymore. Anyone help that has had to deal with these people before?
