We plan to make a small claim because I originally booked 2 flights and they said they have 24 hour cancellations and said they are refundable so obviously I thought that it would be refundable if I needed to cancel
apparently when I went to cancel a few months ago they said yah we can give you back 1600 out of the 2000 you paid all well and good right? Nope I couldn't find my wallet so I called back a week or so later and tried again to cancel they were then saying they can only give me back 900
I called about 5 times to see if the price would change again and sure enough this last time I called they said you booked a non refundable ticket I didn't and we can only refund the fees for booking so 140 per person and that the ticket has a 24 hour cancellation period as in 24 hours after booking not before the flight
What I want to ask is should I reschedule the flight or cancel then make a small claim it's on Dec 15 so it's only a few days away
