So in February a man I wanted to Marry and I needed a car desperately

We went upside down in my car and have an extremely high payment on a Corolla

He lied and was engaged to someone else before he left me. We were together for 3 years

I just found out about this other person today. So I let him keep the car and he sent me money for his car cell phone and insurance.

Now that he is with someone else I want to get back on my feet but obviously can’t if I can’t get my own car plus a slew of other credit problems he left me with.

He is refusing insisting he pays for it.

What can I do? Can I block him on Zelle? My dad offered to go pick up the car with me. I know D will refuse.

I want to turn the car back in so I can file Bankruptcy and move on with my life.
