My family lives in canada and we lost someone important in my dad's side but because it will take a couple of months to get my dad's Canadian citizen ship he can't really leave Canada.
Meanwhile a will was left for him and his 2 sibling but when he asked to see the Will or even take a picture and send it his siblings refuses and instead just wants to read it out.
They need us to sign some kind of policyin the US but at the moment we aren't signing anything that allows them to have access to his moms information and gives them access to stuff that only dad has.
Is there anything we can do on our side to have them forced to release the will to us so we can actually read it and know what is going on? How will we be able to fight this from canada? And can the restrict my dad from seeing the will with his own eyes?
