Post Body

A friend of mine recently passed away her boyfriend is responsible but legally has not been held responsible but there investigating his family refuses to give her things to her family even her nanas ashes that she had in her possession before she passed legally can they do this, also her mom is currently unreliable and an addict she was raised and lived with her great aunt Pam since she was 5 at the request of her fater who also passed when she was 8 I feel as tho at the least a reliable next of kin should get her possessions not to mention half the stuff there holding didn’t belong to her some things belonged to me and her other family members can they do this legally ???

(Also the day after she died he sold her Apple Watch and other things on market place)
