Couple weeks ago, I bought boxes of clothing, from an auction and am planning to sell.I've been having a hard time selling these peices of clothing so I'm using the garage at my duplex as storage. The garage space is technically not ours but we have other property in the garage for storage and the landlord didn't have a problem with us storing things in there. There is nothing in writing saying we can not store anything in there. Landlord did give us permission to use the garage for bikes and old stuff we wanted to put away. Landlord now has a problem with the boxes as it's taking up a bit of space, but again nothing in writing.Today the landlord went through these boxes and decided to take some pieces of clothing. We have cameras at our front door and we see the landlord and a friend walk past our camera with my pieces of clothing on and some in her hand. There was no notice or any communication to remove these boxes from the garage. I took an inventory of everything so I know what's gone. I now plan to move the boxes to storage. What can I do? We have been living here for 30 years.
