Hi

So I’m trying to file form J in Nova Scotia, Canada to my landlord for not caring for the property (mold growing that I’ve complained about for years, water leaking in when it rains) but my landlord won’t tell me their name, so I’m unsure who to serve the documents to. It’s not on my lease as the property was owned by another party when I moved in.

I know that my rent comes out of my account from united gulf. And I have a building manager but I don’t know if he’s authorized to receive such documents.

Does anybody has any info that they could provide on how I can find out who to serve, or do you know who the landlord is for united gulf, or could I serve to the owner (is owner of the company the same as the landlord?)
