Long story short I have a place that is mine and I was renting part of the house to them and was staying in the other part. I tried to knock on the door (with a civil standby) and they would not answer. Oh well try calling them. But then as I left I saw her sneak through the neighbors yard. I called the police back and she still would not answer. I have a restraining order against her and if she refuses to let me get my stuff even after I stated my intention is she breaking the restraining order? Also I am evicting her for non payment.
