I live in a pretty rural area of Michigan. There are no lawn rules or anything about gardens. I live on a corner lot, so my entire yard is visible from the road. The backyard is mowed, and the front yard grows wild as I plant native wildflowers. My neighbor does not care. So, with that context, here is the problem.
A neighbor took it upon themselves to come over and now the entire front. He did not ask, try to ask, or at any point say anything to me. He did not knock on my door. I have pictures and am now trying to figure out who he is. I am pissed. My property was violated. I do not have any no-trespassing signs, but they are on order. I plan to file a police report today. What other options do I have? Prefer a police or attorney response, I also could care less about your thoughts on my yard.
