Post Body

So long story short I bartend part time caught fellow employee as we pool together stealing tips from me I worked 9 hours they worked 4.5 It was time to leave 2 tabs still open worth about 400$ at 300$ plus for the day I get cut he is told to close out on my checkout and start new tab I leave he zelles me my"half 200$" not even close I am quiet go in next shift ask to see checkout he transferred both tabs to his name sent me a text saying we made 360$ after everything I know for a fact not true camera shows me working those tabs and have the text that say 360 is all we made showed management the proof proof and theyre dragging their feet asking me to not go to HR, they were going to make him a certified trainer before all this, showed management the text we added it up closer to 450$ and again I am supposed to get a bigger cut as I was there much longer for prep etc. I am furious they dont take this more seriously and no bartender wants to work with this guy anymore help please!

Feel free to ask any follow up questions if you need clarification just very frustrated typed fast lol
