Am I considered a hold over tenant or squatter?
Post Body

Been living at my grandmas home for the last 6-7 years after she passed the house got divided up among her kids including my dad. We had an oral agreement that I could live there rent free as long as I paid the bills. There was no mortgage it was owned by my grandma. This last week my uncle comes into town while I was not home and changed the locks with out any notice or warning. He is claiming to be executor of the will and says I had no legal right to live there and I am squatting. I told him I had an agreement with my father who is equal owner of the estate. Does my uncle need to follow the Texas eviction process or can he legally change my locks and only give me 3 days to get all my property from the home
